1. Wear closed toed shoes

2. Wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your movements

3. Come in clear headed -We can’t let you throw if you are under the influence of any substance

4. Two drinks maximum while throwing

5. Waivers must be signed before touching an axe

6. Throwers should be 12 years old and strong enough to lift an axe above your head

7. Minors must be accompanied by an adult

8. Stay in your assigned lane

9. Axes should never leave the lane

10. After you throw, put the axe in the designated axe hole. Never hand the axe off to another person

11. Keep lanes clear of food, drink, and extra players. One person in the lane at a time.

12. Listen to your axe throwing coach and follow all safety guidelines set in place

13. Only one or two handed throws. No trick shots.
